About Me
Tom Winspear came to the US to pursue athletics and education and found himself in Bristol, Tenn. attending King University. Tom holds his Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business Administration from King, but ultimately settled down in the beautiful foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Knoxville. Out of College, Tom was involved in real estate through property and project management. “Seeing what people need when they are renting a home to being involved in the construction side of flipping houses has taught me a lot about what people want in a house and how to obtain those goals.
